WAYS TO ORDER

1. ON-LINE
   Page 1. Fill out your personal information on If you're already a member of our store, you may log-in and your information will be automatically entered. Click submit.
   
   Page 2. You choose your payment method of payment. Click the payment method for credit card or paypal. Click continue.
   
   Page 3. Your complete order is displayed. If paying by credit card, enter the information and click sumbit. If paying by PayPal, click sumbit and you'll be taken to the PayPal page where you can transfer funds.



2. BY MAIL
   Page 1. Fill out your personal information. If you're already a member of our store, you may log-in and your information will be automatically entered. Click submit.
   
   Page 2. Choose your method of payment. Click check or money order then continue.
   
   Page 3. Your complete order is displayed. Click submit. Your order has been submitted but will not be processed until we receive payment. Print out your completed order form. Sign the statment and mail it to us along with your payment made payable to: M.V. Productions, PO Box 535, Red Lion, PA. 17356.

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

1. PAY BY CREDIT CARD OR MONEY ORDER (for mail in orders) - Orders with all items in stock are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of order. The only exception is for first time customers (see below).



2. PAY BY CHECK - Orders with all items in stock are shipped 2 weeks after receipt of order so that checks may clear.



3. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS - If some items are out of stock on your order and we expect delivery of these items within 1-2 weeks, we will hold your entire order while waiting for these items. However, if we determine it will take longer than 2 weeks to receive back-ordered items, your partial order will be shipped and backordered items will be shipped separately when they arrive. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery for back-ordered items. To find out whether an item is out of stock, please call us at 717-417-3193.

SHIPPING INFO:

1. ORDERS WITHIN THE US, CHARGES ARE:
   Does your order include a video, DVD, or clothing?
   If yes, $6.50 for the first item, $1.00 for each additional item
   If no, $4.00 for the first item, $1.00 for each additional item

2. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CHARGES ARE:
   Does your order include a video, DVD, or clothing?
   If yes, $15.00 for the first item, $5.00 for each additional item
   If no, $10.00 for the first item, $2.00 for each additional item

3. Our shopping cart calculates shipping charges automatically.



4. Orders are shipped priority mail through the US post office. We offer express delivery through Federal Express. Please call us at 717-417-3193 for rates.



5. Sorry but we cannot ship adult videos and DVD’s to the following states: FL PANHANDLE, GA (except Atlanta and suburbs), NC, NE, OK, TN, TN, UT



6. We cannot ship to "occupant" or "boxholder"

REFUND POLICY:

We will accept returns for defective merchandise only within 30 days of original order. Please return your items to M.V. Productions / PO Box 535 / Red Lion / PA 17356 and we'll gladly exchange or refund your purchase price.

PLEASE READ!!!

Because of the adult nature of many of our products, and because of the accessibility of our web site by children, we must have a signed statement of age on file from all customers before we send orders - NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you are a first time customer and you order on-line, we will send you a statement and self addressed stamped envelope. You MUST sign this statement and return it in the envelope provided before we can ship your order. We will be holding your order, waiting for this statement to be returned. Once we receive it, in stock items will be shipped within 2 business days, out of stock items will be shipped as soon as they arrive.

If you print your order form and mail or fax it, please sign the statement that's included on the form. Order forms received without this statement signed will be delayed.

Please understand this procedure was established to help assure the identity and age of customers and only amounts to a short delay. We feel this delay of only a few days is well worth the protection it gives to both you the customer as well as us.

USING COUPONS:

From time to time, we distribute discount coupons with a "coupon code." To use a coupon, you must have received a coupon from us or have received a special offer.

After you've added items to your shopping cart, click "view cart" in the upper right corner of our site. You can enter your coupon code here and our shopping cart will take the appropriate discount.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

1. PAYMENT INFO: Payment must be made in US funds. If ordering through this web site, a current Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card is acceptable. If ordering through mail, a check or money order in US funds along with the print out of the completed order form must be mailed to: M.V. Productions, PO Box 535, Red Lion PA 17356 USA.



2. SHIPPING INFO: Videos are shipped air mail via the US postal service. Due to customs, we cannot guarantee delivery times. However, you should allow two weeks after shipping.



3. PACKAGING: To speed your order through customs, videos come in plain black boxes with no photos on the outside. DVD’s come in black plastic cases with no color box cover. Your order will be shipped in a plain box and your receipt will be mailed separately.



4. While we ship to most countries around the world, there are a few, where we cannot send videos. Some countries to which we CANNOT ship are:

   • ITALY
   • MIDDLE EASTERN COUNTRIES
